Complaints will be considered in virtual mode
On 12 August the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan presented at the Training and Education Centre "E-government" electronic service to receive complaints by the Appeal Board under the President of the country.

According to the head of the Secretariat of the Appeals Board Yashar Ibrahimov, the need to implement is to due to sharply increased number of complaints of citizens about the integration of the portal "e-government" services that meet the real needs of the population. "In the virtual resource is already have integrated 423 electronic services with total number of more than 30 million appeals, of which 8 million clicks have been fixed from the beginning of the year. To receive e-service complaints, 118 government agencies will be connected in addition to the Board of Appeal," he said.
Now, individuals and legal entities will be able to send in the simplified form complaints to the central and local executive authorities, and monitor the progress of their implementation. The service is available in the "e-complaint to the Appeals Board" on www.apellyasiya.e-gov.az site.
Practically service can be used as follows: enter the noted section of complaints, note your personal data, select the structure, where the complaint and provide contact details. Individuals indicate the identity card number, date of birth, which is checked against the database Ministry of Interior and the State Migration Service. Legal entities indicate the nominal head of the personal data and tax identification number. Then content and essence of the complaint is then selected, go to the section "contact information" indicating the phone numbers and email addresses with the subsequent transition to the "required documents" section.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN.
