Corporation Accord loses three companies
Accord Corporation announced withdrawal of three companies from its ranks. They will continue to operate as separate companies.
The Corporation aims to reformat into a holding company that will meet "modern requirements and challenges."
In early October, completed the formation of companies Accord Beton, Accord Prefabrik and Accord Mermer Qranit by their registration in the Ministry of Taxes. The authorized capital of these companies was set at 17,500 manat.
In the past year the corporation lost a cement plant in the Gazakh region, where LLC Gazakh Cement Zavodu was created. In recent years, the authorized capital of JSC Industrial Construction Investment Corporation Accord changed repeatedly upward and downward and today it is 74,147,500 manat.
The corporation Accord was established in 2005 and has branches and representative offices in six countries, controlling share in 8 local JSC and 16 companies in Azerbaijan and other countries. Recently there was a change in the ranks of the shareholders of the corporation that is controlled by LLC VIP Estate. --08D-

Azerbaijan’s imports of animal and vegetable fats and oils climbed 23.9% by weight and 16.2% by value from January to September 2024, official data revealed. Despite the uptick in volume, the import cost of these products saw a decrease compared to the same period last year, with the cost per ton of vegetable oil falling by 6.1% to $1,199.6 in 2024, down from $1,278.6 in 2023.
