Electronic trading turnover in Azerbaijan - 0.013 percent of total retail sales
electronic retailing turnover in Azerbaijan in January-May 2014 amounted to 1.1 million manat, which is 20.6% more than the same period last year, according to the State Statistics Committee.
The Statistics Committee forgot to emphasize that it is 0.013% of the total (8.3 billion manat) of retail trade in the country. In the reported period, 90.8% of the turnover in e-commerce accounted for non-food products. Meanwhile 79.7% of goods were purchased through electronic trading entities.
