Enterprise for Production of Concrete Offered to Investors Fully
The State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan has exposed an investment competition for 99.23% stake in the Jeyranbatan concrete products plant. At the same time the investor is left the right to decide further the profile of the company.
Under the terms of the competition, applicants must submit a proposal of not less than 520 thousand manats to transfer to the state budget instead of the offered shares. The nominal value of the shares put up for competition is about 1 million 50 thousand manats. At the same time, the basic requirement is the provision of an investment plan.
JSC Ceyranbatan Demir Beton was created on the basis of the Jeyranbatan concrete products plant, which it has operated since 1965. The company employs 16 people.
Note that the State Committee for Property does not provide information on real estate and buildings of the enterprise and the land area where the stock is located.
Members of the workforce own 4,084 of the 528,885 shares. ----08D
