Fines for traffic accidents will become mass
BAKU/12.02.14/TURAN : Once again expanded the range of electronic services of the Centre ASAN under the state agency for public service and social innovation under the Azerbaijani President . Yesterday the President issued a decree on amendments and changes in his own Decree 706 of September 5, 2012 .
Now court decisions on administrative penalties will be sent to the recipient electronically, penalties may also be paid without a visit to the post office or bank. First of all, it concerns traffic offenders caught in the lens of cameras and camcorders of State Traffic Police.
Fines will be put on stream. To do this, all petrol stations, car parks , shopping centers and other places will be equipped with payment terminals . It also provides for payment through mobile phones .
The center ASAN is fully vested a right to issue statements on state registration and the log of private residential property. It performs the duties of the reception of recruits for military service in cases of registration and deregistration of residence. In addition, the Centre has the right to receive documents used by citizens of Azerbaijan abroad, the Ministry of Justice in order to issue an apostille of them.

Data on Azerbaijan's oil exports for January-October 2024 reveals a significant drop in both volume and value compared to the same period last year, highlighting the challenges facing the oil-dependent economy. The country exported 495,484.05 tons of oil products worth $309.02 million, a decrease of 40.3% in value and 40.7% in volume compared to 2023, when exports totaled 925,225.07 tons worth $572.21 million.
