Voluntary health insurance - the leader in January
Fulfilling are forecasts by experts that in 2014 the insurance market will grow by about 15 % and more. This is evidenced by the difference between the January premiums last year and this years. By the end of January 2013 collected 53.92 million ( 48.58 million - voluntary premiums) , in January 2014 - 61.13 ( voluntary premiums - 55.16 ) million manats.
If the undisputed leader in the year two seasons in a row is a mandatory liability insurance of vehicle owners to third parties (the new CTP ) , in January the most collected on voluntary medical insurance - 27.58 million manat . The reason for that is the long-term agreement between Pasha Sigorta and the state oil company. Endowment life insurance replenished common fund 11.06 million manat , mainly due to the active start of Ateshgah Hayat Sigorta. In third place (5.51 million manat) is air transport insurance from Ipek Yolu Sigorta. The share of these three positions on the market is 80 % of voluntary insurance.
Other types of voluntary insurance are "swinging." Hull insurance of vehicles collected 3.33 million manat, property insurance against fire - 1.86 million, liability of owners of air transport - 1.79 million and cargo insurance - 1.05 million manat. Also noteworthy ( 916,400 manat) was accident insurance, life insurance (843,040 ) and general liability insurance - 597,420 manat.
In compulsory types lead a new CTP - 3.8 million manat, followed by risks of industrial accidents - 1.3 million manat . On compulsory insurance of property received 695,070 manat and on other positions the figures are not yet significant.
Paid for all cases was 8,075,950 manats. Leads, as usual, the social sphere - VHI was spent 2.39 million manat. This was followed by Hull - 2.05 million and CTP - 1.73 million manat . Other positions are far behind. - 17D-

Data on Azerbaijan's oil exports for January-October 2024 reveals a significant drop in both volume and value compared to the same period last year, highlighting the challenges facing the oil-dependent economy. The country exported 495,484.05 tons of oil products worth $309.02 million, a decrease of 40.3% in value and 40.7% in volume compared to 2023, when exports totaled 925,225.07 tons worth $572.21 million.
