According to the presidential decree of February 11, the Judge of the Court of Grave Crimes Hasan Aliyev was dismissed prematurely "for systematic and gross violations of the law." This is stated in the order of Ilham Aliyev.
Official investigation against the judge started on 4 September last year , and October 28 Judicial Council ordered an end to his authority .
According to the newspaper Azadlig , the reason for the dismissal was the judge's machinations in order to assign 600,000 manat belonging to the owner. -16D-
