FINOKO Increases Authorized Capital
The non-bank credit organization FINOKO became the first NBCO to increase the share capital this year.
According to the State Committee for Securities, the issue prospectus of its shares with the ISIN code AZ1001019467 was registered yesterday. If the prospectus is successfully and in time redeemed, the share capital will increase by 700 thousand manat (they issued 70,000 securities with a par value of each being 10 manat).
The authorized capital of FINOKO, which received a license to operate in September last year, has totaled 300 thousand manat. Its shareholders are two individuals. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
