For a month the number of employed persons increased by 300 people
Baku/14.01.14/Turan : As of December 1, in the economy of Azerbaijan worked 1 505.9 thousand employed persons , the State Statistics Committee told Turan . It is more than 300 people on a monthly basis .
According to official data , average number of workers employed in the country's economy for the year 2012 was 1 480.7 thousand people. By 1st December 2013 this figure rose by 25.2 thousand people. According to the latest published data on the registration of taxpayers , for the 10 months of last year were registered over 66 thousand subjects of taxation . At a government session on January 9, President Ilham Aliyev spoke about the opening for the entire 2013 OF 110 thousand new jobs , 80 thousand of which are permanent.
According to the State Statistics Committee , in the public sector at the beginning of December 2013, worked 901.8 thousand people, which is 2.7 thousand more than in the beginning of January . In the private sector the number of employees increased from 578.6 thousand to 604.1 thousand people. - 08B-
