Gunay Sigorta Wants to Stay in Market
The insurance company GunaySigorta intends to bring its charter capital up to 7.7 million manat. Increase in the financial muscle by 42.6% will be possible as a result of additional issue of shares of 2.3 million manat.
The application of the insurer, whose license was revoked repeatedly by the Treasury, has been registered in the State Securities Committee (SSC). The new issue is divided into 2,300 shares with a value 1,000 manat in each.
At present, the company's authorized capital is 5.4 million manat.
GunaySigorta JSC was established in 1992. The company's shareholders are 3 legal entities and 2 individuals.
In January-November 2014 the premiums amounted to 164 850 AZN, and the payments were 75 920 AZN. --17D-
