On December 17, 2013 Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received Robert Dudley, BP General Executive Director.
The presidential web site reads that the sides have expressed satisfaction with development of a long-term cooperation between Azerbaijan and BP, stressed importance of a final investment decision on the Shah-Deniz-2 project from the viewpoint of energy safety of Europe and development of regional cooperation.
The sides said during the conversation that State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and BP have established a successful cooperation and exchanged opinions on the issues related to the perspectives of this cooperation.
This year Azerbaijan President has received BP Executive Director three times, the last time was early November.—0--
