In III quarter Ministry of Taxes used 4.5 million off-budget funds
Baku/17.10.13/Turan : In the third quarter of this year on extra-budgetary fund of the Ministry of Taxes received 11 725 thousand manats and October 1, the amount of revenue generated by the paid fines and financial sanctions imposed by tax authorities for tax law violations , has reached 21 367,2 thousand manats.
Since the beginning of the year has been spent over 7 million manat of the fund . Only in the III quarter the Ministry of Taxes used 4.5 million off-budget funds. The share of wages and other payments to be paid for full-time and freelance employees account for more than 3 million manat. For the purchase of stationery and household goods were spent 772 thousand manats. Approximately 1.2 million manat were used for the purchase of machinery and equipment, cover other expenses of the ministry. More than 2 million manats were directed to the purchase of intangible assets.
By the first of October in the fund has 14 294,7 thousand manats, which is 2 times higher than in July.
Extra-budgetary fund of the Ministry of Taxes is the only one open to the local community financial institution of its kind. Other ministry did not disclose figures .
Taxes extra-budgetary fund is formed by 5 % of the total amount of fines and financial sanctions imposed by tax authorities for violation of tax laws and taxpayers listed in the state budget for the fiscal year for violation of tax laws. The system operates from 2008 and was originally intended to curb corruption in the tax authorities .
Mechanism to encourage employees acting within the structures (traffic police, customs , nature protection , registration of real estate) . Stable reports on the use of extrabudgetary funds provide only the Ministry of Taxes . -0 -
