In January this year the Ministry of Taxes registered 8,622 taxpayers (excluding individuals attracted to income tax). This is 1 % more than in January 2013.
As of February 1 this year, the number of registered taxpayers is 544 981. This is 55 more than 800 units on an annualized basis.
Taxes Ministry does not provide information about the statistics of registered legal entities and individuals, as well as non-profit organizations. Also do not have information on the electronic registration of individuals and legal entities.
Typically, the registration of local business entities takes no more than 1 day. For foreign companies, their branches and representative offices, this period lasts no more than 2 days. - 08D-

The 29th Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change has taken a significant step towards a unified global response to climate change. On the first day of discussions in Baku, participating countries reached a historic agreement on the rules governing the creation and trade of carbon credits. This decision paves the way for the launch of multibillion-dollar carbon credit markets, to be overseen by the United Nations, potentially as soon as next year.
