In January oil production in Azerbaijan dropped by 4%
In January 2016 Azerbaijan extracted 3,523,400 tons of oil and condensate, down 3.9% against January 2015, reads the monthly report of the Azerbaijan State Statistical Committee.
According to the report, in January tank oil production totaled 3,519,700 tons. The production decline here is 3.9%
According to the government forecasts, this year Azerbaijan plans to extract 40.7 million tons of oil and condensate, almost 1 million tons less than in 2015.—0—

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
