Intelsat (The International Telecommunications Satellite Organization) plans to cooperate with JSC Azerkosmos, the Ministry of Communication and High Technologies of Azerbaijan.
According to the Minister Ali Abbasov at a meeting with CEO David McGlade and Intelsat President Stephen Spengler, both sides have promising areas for mutually beneficial cooperation.
They noted that Azerbaijan intends to put into orbit a number of satellite and space communications, including telecommunications satellite and satellite sensing.
