JSC Finance Leasing to Issue Bonds in Manats and Dollars
The Open Joint Stock Company Finance leasing intends to issue bonds in manats and dollars – 300,000 in each batch.
According to the report of the State Committee of Securities (http://www.scs.gov.az/n482/finanslizinq_asc-nin_faizli_senedsiz_adli_istiqrazlari_dovlet_qeydiyyatina_alinmishdir), the emissions are divided. The one in manats (600 securities with nominal value of 500 manats) was registered under number AZ2017006571, while the dollar one (600 securities in denominations of $ 500) - under the number AZ2018006570.
The government’s Finance Leasing JSC with a registered capital of 1 million manats was registered in April 2007. Its shareholders are 16 individuals. --17D-
