KPMG Azerbaijan Limited became auditor of Ltd. "Azerpoct"
The external auditor of the annual financial report of the national postal operator LLC Azerpoct became known. They became the attractive proposals KPMG Azerbaijan Limited, ahead of the competition - the company Moore Stephens Azerbaijan Limited.
Organizers arranged a tender and financial components - the winner has agreed to take over services 68 284.9 thousand manats - 24 thousand less than the competitor. The World Bank has no claim to the winner - said in a statement.
According to the terms, KPMG Azerbaijan Limited invited for contract negotiations on the financial audit of the postal operator in 2011-12. The audit is scheduled for 4 months (120 days).
Payment for services will be conducted by a grant from the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of the Swiss Government (SECO) in the framework of the project "Modernization of the Capital Markets" in Azerbaijan.
Recall, the World Bank in March 2011, Azerbaijan has approved a loan of $ 12 million for the project "Modernization of the capital markets." The total project cost is $ 15.8 million. In addition to the WB loan, SECO has provided a grant of $ 1.6 million and the government of Azerbaijan has allocated $ 2.2 million.
The State Enterprise "Azerpoct" was created on September 23, 1999 and on August 15, 2009 was transformed into Ltd. "Azerpoct". On April 16, 2010 the Central Bank of Azerbaijan issued a public limited license for the provision of banking and financial services. - 17D-
