Launched a competition among the students about the role of the regulator in the development of the securities market
The State Securities Committee, in cooperation with the National Depository Center and Baku Stock Exchange has announced a competition among the students for the best article on the topic "The role of the regulator in the development of the securities market." The competition is held in the framework of the State program of development of the securities market in Azerbaijan in 2011-2020.
In the sector of public relations of SSC they told Turan that the articles must be submitted by May 15th. The winners of the first three places will get cash prizes from 700 to 300 manat and gifts of Pasha Bank.
Awarding of the winners will be on May 30.
SSC conducted a number of similar competitions among journalists, academics and professional participants of the securities market. - 08D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
