Ministry of Communications to Start Project of Free Internet in Public Areas
The Ministry of Communications and High Technologies begins a new project to provide the population with free Internet, the ministry said.
According to the project, the ministry will provide the whole territory of Baku Boulevard, including State Flag Square and the territory of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve Icherisheher, as well as Fountains Square, with free Wi-Fi.
"In the near future we will begin implementation of the project," the report says.
The Ministry noted that the main goal of the project is to provide the capital's residents and guests with free Internet and at the first phase the Ministry has selected places most popular among the population. ----71D
