New Building for Ministry of Taxes to Be Built by Company Close to Minister
Construction of a new administrative building of the Ministry of Taxes of AR has been entrusted to LLC Renaissance Construction Azerbaijan.
According to the State Procurement Agency, it will cost the budget 132 million 121.68 thousand manats. The housing will be located in Baku at the intersection of 105 Heydar Aliyev Avenue and M. Narimanov Street.
Recall, the contractor is a subsidiary of Synergy Group affiliated with business structures of Tax Minister Fazil Mammadov and Renaissance Construction established in 2010. As a monopoly in its field, it specializes in the management of all design and construction works of shopping centers, government buildings, hotels, factories, heavy and light industry, as well as numerous other objects. --17D-
