NIKOIL | BANK has clarified the issue of the lawsuit against the deputy
Some media published incorrect information about a lawsuit put forward by NIKOIL | BANK against the MP Rafael Dzhabrailov, Elshan Dzhabrailov, Rauf Dzhabrailov and Akif Amanaliev.
As reported in the bank, in the mistaken release distributed by news agencies, it was noted that NIKOIL | BANK filed a cassation complaint against the decision of the Baku Court of Appeal, which was granted.
In fact, with an appeal against the decision of the Baku Court of Appeal, announced May 29, 2012 in favor of NIKOIL | BANK, not the bank appealed, but the defendants, that is, Rafael Dzhabrailov Elshan Dzhabrailov, Rauf Dzhabrailov and Akif Amanaliev. Their complaint was not satisfied, and thus, at the meeting of the Civil Division of the Supreme Court of the Azerbaijan Republic, held on 13 November this year, a decision was made not to grant the defendants' appeal and to uphold the decision of the previous court in favor of the bank, is said in the statement.
