No Transparency in Real Estate Registration
Today the organization "Transparency Azerbaijan" held a "round table" with the participation of experts, lawyers, representatives of governmental and non-governmental entities on the subject of transparency in the process of property registration. According to the lawyer Fuad Agayev, the law "On State Register of Real Estate" does not provide the transparency of information on the owners of the property.
