Order of Sewing School Uniforms Violated
The monitoring in Baku has revealed a company tailoring and implementing non-standard school uniforms.
According to the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan, the unfit product was produced by LLC Baku Textile Factory. This was banned.
"The company passed the mandatory certification in accordance with the law, but made uncertified products in violation of the rules for the use of measuring instruments that did not pass the state tests," said the official information portal of the Committee.
The said company without regulatory documents was illegally engaged in production (sale) of uniforms. To ensure the quality and safety of the products the company did not have a suitable laboratory, or a contract with the accredited laboratories.
According to the official report, sanctions in the amount of AZN 5,000 were imposed in compliance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic. The LLC was required to ban the production and sale of school uniforms.
