Production of Concrete and Building Bricks Falls
By November 1, measured in the price, the production of building materials in Azerbaijan amounted to 366.9 million manat (9.9% versus the same period last year).
According to the SSC, ready-mixed concrete produced 814.2 thousand tons (minus 41.5%), concrete structures - 19.5 thousand cubic meters (minus 34.8%), building bricks - 229.9 thousand cubic meters (minus 4%).
In addition, there was produced 2 million 275.5 thousand tons of cement (+ 12.6%), 160.4 thousand tons of plaster (+1.1%), 359.9 thousand tons of asphalt (+4.3 %), 10,497.8 tons of processed marble, travertine and alabaster and articles thereof (2.5 times growth). --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
