The group of companies Delta Group Co announced reorganization, which resulted in 5 of its companies merged with the parent company.
The merger of the three companies is involved in the production of bakery products, pasta and chocolate (Industrial Food Complex Bismak, Saglam Qida Co and Unlu Qida), as well as distribution and trading (Delta Import and Crystal Trading).
The group of companies Delta Group Co was established in 1999 and today the number of its employees reaches 1,000 people. It is "one of the largest holding companies" engaged in the activities of not only the distribution but also the production of products, according to the corporate website of the group. The distribution network of the company is represented in 10 regions of the country.
Delta Import and Crystal Trading are importers of finished food products. And the company Delta Distribution is engaged in producing delivery outlets.
Another subsidiary of the group, LLC Delta Logistics is a warehouse complex carrying out a wide range of logistics services: safekeeping, renting warehouse, handling, sorting and order picking, processing of goods for special customer requirements (unpacking, checking, repacking), pre-delivery of goods, distribution, wholesale, and much more. Total warehouse area is 10.1 thousand sq. m, and the car park includes 200 vehicles. Another logistics center operates in the city of Sumgait.
Industrial Food Complex Bismak was commissioned in Sumgait in 2005 and covers an area of 81.6 thousand m2.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
