State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan has published the data on the state of the consumer market, according to which in September after the summer "season" of deflation in May once again registered inflation of 0.1 %.
According to official estimates, food prices increased on average by 0.1 %, non-food products - 0.2 %. Pricing for public services remained at the August level.
Total year on year food prices rose by 2.2% , non-food products - 0.5 % , the rates and prices for services - 3.4%. Alternative Calculation of inflation is not conducted since the beginning of this year. So the rule between the official and alternative counting inflation existed difference: GCS recorded the more moderate figures.
According to the observations of SSC in September fell bread , buckwheat , sugar and granulated sugar , seasonal fruit ( apples , quinces, pomegranates , grapes, nuts , hazelnuts and chestnuts) and some vegetables ( peppers, cabbages , beetroots , onions , garlic and herbs) .
In September, statistics recorded a rise in prices of beef and mutton, sausages, chicken, rice, pasta, milk and dairy products, eggs , butter , and potatoes , beans, eggplant and lemon.
Of non-food products in September, prices fell on cars , flooring and cement. - 08D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
