SOCAR provided financial aid to families of three oilmen, which did not receive compensation from the government
State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has provided financial aid to the families of three oilmen, which have fallen into the sea from the offshore platform No 501 on the Neft Dashlary field, the company reported.
“SOCAR has provided one-time aid to the families of the machinist of the steam aggregator Javad Khudaverdiyev, 1971, motorist of the mobile aggregator Bakhman Jafarov, 1961, and Rovshan Mammadov, 1974, worth 15,000 AZN each,” said the same source.
The accident occurred on December 4, 2015 at 12.30 p.m. local time. Search for the missing oilmen is going on.
* Last week by Premier Artur Rasizada issued a decree to allocate 15,000 AZN to each family of the oilman that died or went missing after the accident on the platform No 14 on the Guneshli field on December 4, 2015.
Why did not the government allocate aid to the families of the oilmen that have gone missing during the storm on the Neft Dashlary field on the same day. Mass media failed to get an answer to the question what is the criteria of sorting the oilmen from the officials of the Cabinet of Ministers—0---
