Synergy Group Has Third Official "Child" This Year
Ltd. Synergy Trade House passed state registration on May 25. The official address of the company coincides with the central office of one of the fastest-growing holdings of Azerbaijan Synergy Group - Baku, 55 Zarifa Aliyeva Street (business center Yeni Hayat).
The joint-stock company confirmed the attitude of the company to it, noting that it will deal with trade and foreign trade operations. More information about the new "daughter" will be distributed by the group soon.
The authorized capital of the company is 500 manats. The Director of the Company is Azer Suleymanov.
Recall that this year Synergy Group established at least two companies with its trademark (Synergy CSR and Synergy Jet).
JSC Synergy Group was established in April 2010. The financial-industrial group includes at least 30 companies, some of which operate in the country. The holder of 99% of its stake is Ashraf Kamilov. ---08B
