The Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan adopted on the eve of the new instructions use web cameras at polling stations. According to a representative of the CEC, the number of automatic monitors will double - up to 1,000 across the country.
They also approved the rules in a unified state automated information system to completely update lists of voters. The new rules are of accreditation organizations conducting exit poll in the elections.
In addition, the leadership of the Central Election Commission adopted a decision on the approval of instructions on how to use the election (referendum) state automated information system of the first meetings of district and precinct election commissions, the formation of the district and precinct election commissions.
The CEC approved the charter of journalistic control of observance of rules of election (referendum before too) promotion in the media, also approved the charter of control and inspection services of the CEC and district election commissions.
Also approved were a number of changes in the composition of district election commissions and the minutes of the meeting of the CEC held on April 11, 2013.
Recall, according to the Electoral Code, the changes must be made before May 30, the meeting held on May 29, published on the website of legislative acts of the Ministry of Justice (e-qanun.az) the day before. - 17D-
