Tomorrow starts the course " Theory and practice of project management"
BAKU/22.01.14/TURAN : In Baku will take place January 23-25, three-day course on " Theory and practice of project management ." Moderator - Prof. Gilbert Silvius from the Netherlands.
According to the organizers ( Project Management Association AzPMA), participate in lectures and exchange of views will clearly understand the phases of activity in the course of the project life cycle , to thoroughly examine the concept of stakeholders , project outputs and outcomes of the project , business cases , the distribution patterns of work , planning and development . In addition, participants will be able to project management and risk management, an understanding of the concept of the project boundaries and changes to it , to understand the dynamics of organizational change.

Gilbert Silvius - authoritative thinker with 20 years of experience as a consultant and project manager and author of several books and more than 70 scientific articles , international conferences known speaker on project management and management of information technology, the first director of the master's program in Project Management in the Netherlands.
