As the site says public procurement (http://tender.gov.az/new/?inc=reestr), Caspel LLC will provide services to the Ministry within the network of corporate communications and general computer network in the amount of 844.93 thousand manats . In addition, the same company will contractor on several projects and programming telephone totaling 1 million 894.83 thousand manats .
