TuranBank up for 11 months by 25.7%
As of December 1, 2012 TuranBank assets totaled 208.3 million manat, increasing by 25.7% compared to the beginning of the year and by 30% compared to the same period of 2011.
As reported in the bank, at the reported date balance of its loan portfolio amounted to 158.7 million manat, which demonstrates the growth of the portfolio by 35.6% compared with the beginning of the year and by 34.8% in the same period of 2011.
In the period January-November 2012 portfolio of deposits increased by 13.4% compared with the beginning of the year and by 17% since the same period in 2011. In the structure of the deposit portfolio term deposits amounted to 53.5 million manat, and there is 16.1% increase compared to the same period in 2011.
To date, the total capital of TuranBank in comparison with the beginning of the year increased by 44.1%, while against the same period of 2011 it rose by 30.5% and amounted to 34.4 million manat. The authorized capital in the recapitalization has reached 30 million manat, which is characterized by a 36.4% increase compared to the beginning of the year.
On the results of the first 11 months of 2012, the costs of TuranBank amounted to 17.2 million manats and the revenues were 20.8 million manat. Net income for the period amounted to 3.6 million manat. -15D -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
