The volume of Kazakh oil transit via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline in 2025 is expected to be 1.5 million tons, the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan reported to Interfax-Kazakhstan. "In 2024, Kazakh oil transit via the BTC pipeline was 1.4 million tons, with a plan of 1.5 million tons. The plan for 2025 remains at the same level as in 2024 - 1.5 million tons of oil," the ministry said.It is worth noting that in 2023, over 1 million tons of Kazakh oil were shipped from the port of Aktau to the BTC system.
