Patent System in Azerbaijan and Presidential Decree

Azerbaijan has introduced new state fees for forensic examination services ranging from 200 to 2,000 manats, under a cabinet decision signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, raising concerns about affordability for low-income citizens.

Ilham Aliyev signed decrees on Tuesday approving agreements to expand Azerbaijan’s cooperation in science and higher education with Morocco and Syria, the presidential administration said.

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has signed a decree “On the establishment of a stipend of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for family members of deminers who were killed as a result of an accident caused by the detonation of explosive ordnance during demining activities, or who died from injuries sustained at that time.”
