Shadow War Reaches the Caucasus as Azerbaijan Says It Foiled Iran-Linked Plot

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on Thursday signed a decree introducing amendments to a number of presidential orders regulating preferential financing in the agricultural sector and expanding support for farmers.
