CBA provides binding instruction to "AFBBank"

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has provided "AFBBank" with a binding instruction to improve internal procedures. This is reported on the website of the regulator. According to the information,"AFBBank" did not fulfill the requirement as set forth by the Law ‘"On Banks" to send a written notice to the CBA within 5 working days from the date of the decision to appoint an administrator.
