Insurance payments for incurable diseases in Azerbaijan are up by 12 times

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has brought to administrative responsibility officials of 2 banks, 5 non-bank credit organizations (NBCOs) and 2 companies providing currency exchange services (“Exchange"). This is reported on the website of the regulatory body.

As of the end of June 2024, Azerbaijan's domestic public debt totalled AZN 16,571.9 million, of which AZN 7,280.7 million were government securities in circulation and AZN 9,291.2 million state guaranteed obligations assumed by the government. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance.

"Legion Financial" JSC (provides leasing services) has announced another issue of shares worth AZN 1 million.

As of the end of July 2024 the Azerbaijani banks had a balance sheet capital of AZN 6,215 million. This is stated in the banking review published by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
