Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister visits President Zelensky
pravda: President Vladimir Zelensky held a meeting with Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.
"This is the first official visit of the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Ukraine since the establishment of diplomatic relations. I hope that it will give a new impetus to the further activation of our mutually beneficial dialogue."
Zelensky thanked Saudi Arabia for supporting peace in Ukraine, its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
As the press service of the president later reported, the importance of Saudi Arabia's support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, including within the framework of the UN, was stressed at the talks. The sides exchanged views on the participation of the Saudi side in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, as well as its involvement in promising projects in the investment, agricultural and energy sectors.
