23 Villages Liberated in Fizuli, Khojavend, Khojaly, Gubadly, Zangilan, Jabrayil
Baku / 09.11.20 / Turan: The Azerbaijani army liberated 23 more villages, the head of state Ilham Aliyev wrote on November 9 on his micro-blog on Twitter.
Thus, the list includes the villages of Gobu Dilagarda, Yal Pirahmedli, Yukhary Yaglyvend, Dilagarda, Seyid Mahmudlu and Alaskarli of the Fizuli region, the villages of Demirchiler, Chanagchi, Madatkend and Sygnag of the Khojaly region, the villages of Susanlyg, Domu, Tug, Akaku and Azikh of the Khojavend region, the villages of Huseynalilar, Soyudlu and Ashagi Sirik of the Jabrayil region, the villages of Yukhary Mollu, Ashagy Mollu and Khodjik of the Gubadly region, as well as the villages of Kechikli and Ordekli of the Zangilan region.
It should be noted that the villages of Khojavend taken under control are of strategic importance, as they stand on the way to Shusha. From now on, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces will be able to move in this direction without hindrance. –06D-

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) today issued five rulings on applications from Azerbaijan. The case of "Afgan Mammadov v. Azerbaijan" concerned the complainant's exclusion from the Bar Association. Mammadov was expelled based on a complaint filed by a colleague, which he considered unjust. The ECHR ruled that Mammadov's rights had been violated and ordered Azerbaijan to pay him €5,000 in compensation for moral damage and €1,000 to cover legal costs.
