During the action, one of the participants wrote on the wall of a nearby house the phrase: “Fu, Mazi” ( he meant the head of the CEC, Mazahir Panahov).
For writing this slogan, the police detained the election observer Fuad Ismayilov.
In the meantime, the CEC meeting continued consideration of complaints. Voting results in two polling stations of the 91st Ujar constituency were invalidated.

Aziz Orujev, the health of the head of “Kanal-13” Internet TV, who is under arrest, has deteriorated, his lawyer Bahruz Bayramov told Turan.
