Abiyev: Flights to Khankendi Possible After the Conflict is Settled
On Thursday, Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev met with Adam Koberiatsky, Deputy Secretary General of the OSCE.
According to the press service of the Defense Ministry, the meeting discussed the tense political and military situation in the region, generated by the Karabakh conflict. The sides exchanged views on a number of other issues.
Koberiatsky asked Abiyev on the question of the beginning of flights to Khankendi.
"Flights can be made only after the war situation ends. And for this, primarily from Azerbaijani territories should be withdrawn armed forces of Armenia," said Abiyev. -16d-
