Arayik confirms that he is no better than Vardanyan
Baku/23.02.23/Turan: Karabakh is ready for dialogue with Azerbaijan, but it will not give up independence and will not be part of Azerbaijan. Such statements were made on the evening of February 23 by the "president" of Karabakh Arayik Harutyunyan.
The blockade must be removed, Karabakh must have unhindered and unlimited communication with Armenia, uninterrupted operation of vital infrastructures must be guaranteed, electricity and gas supply must be fully restored, Harutyunyan said.
Dialogue with Baku can take place within the framework of an international format based on mutually acceptable principles and norms of international law.
“It is necessary to ensure the presence of UN structures in Artsakh. It is necessary to rule out the use of force or the threat of its use, which must be ensured by international security guarantees, including an increase in the effectiveness of Russian peacekeepers.
The right of the people of Artsakh to self-determination is not subject to bargaining. Artsakh will never give up its sovereignty, and there can be no question of integration with Azerbaijan. Any process outside the logic of protecting this right is unacceptable, since it will lead to ethnic cleansing of the people of Artsakh by Azerbaijan,” Harutyunyan said. -02D-
