Baku / 16.10.18 / Turan: On Monday in Karabakh were held Discussions between Armenia and Karabakh on the draft of the third road were held in Karabakh. The road should go along the banks of the Arax River, that is, via Zangelan, Jabrail and Fizuli.
According to Armenian media, the project will be implemented by the investment company "Artsakh Roots Investment" (ARI). In addition, this company will build 20 apartments in the Lachin region and 50 in Kelbajar. According to the same sources, Australian Armenians stand behind the ARI.
Thus, Armenians make it clear that they do not intend to liberate the areas around Karabakh.
At the moment Armenia and Karabakh are connected by the roads through Lachin and Kalbajar.
