Hope to say goodbye to Formula-1, did not come true
Baku / 16.10.18 / Turan: On October 16, the sale of tickets for Formula -1 2019 started in Baku.
According to the organizers of the races - Baku City Circuit, tickets can be purchased at 13 points in the city, as well as online. Racing will be held on April 26-28.
Earlier there were rumors that Baku intends to abandon further races because of their unprofitability. Allegedly, the authorities were ready to pay even a fine of $ 100 million. However, apparently, the country's leadership decided that these races were necessary. The current contract expires in 2020. Today, the representative of the organizer N. Arpadarai even stated that negotiations are underway to extend the race for another five years - until 2025.
It should be noted that residents of the capital are extremely negative about this event, which blocks the entire city center for a week, creates an incredible noise, and does not bring benefits to the budget of the capital. -02D-
