Askerov: Kemaleddin Heydarov created a "parallel state"
Baku/14.03.14/Turan : Emergencies Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov created a "parallel state" in Azerbaijan, using illegal methods for personal enrichment and prosecution of undesirable persons. At a press conference on March 14 in the office IRFS , Askerov denied the MOE statement of the disrepair of the building.
At the time, he said this house was strengthened with a 40 -centimeter concrete beam span between the basement and the first floor . "If the building was in an emergency condition, the coating would collapse and could not stand the gravity of an 80-ton excavator," Askerov said.
According to the businessman , he received threats from Kamaleddin Heydarov that the building will be " blown up and set on fire , destroyed " because of putting it under the office of PPFA .
These threats were conveyed by Askerov's brother, Yavar Askerov , occupying a position of responsibility in the MOE . Businessman recorded his brother's voice in these warnings and handed it to reporters.
" I still have other records that I have also circulated on the Internet " - Askerov said.
He said that being in Turkey, his sons also received calls with death threats .
" Kemaleddin Heydarov purchased a surveillance system for 300 million , and uses it for spying on everyone. He created a "parallel state" . Is he the minister of national security? " Askerov said.
He also stated that the MOE flawed system of payments of salaries in envelopes. " Where did he get the money? Maybe his father Fattah prints it? This money was stolen from the people , " said Askerov .
"Today Kemaleddin Heydarov has demolished my house , but tomorrow the Azerbaijani people will hang his property over his head. They have bought the whole of Azerbaijan," outraged Askerov said.
He said he would sue the Ministry of Emergency Situations , because the building was demolished illegally . Members of his family are Turkish citizens and they also appealed to the Turkish state for legal aid , and there began the investigation.
Askerov , as the owner, was offered no compensation offered. "I was told that they would give a place, and I told them that I will give it to PPFA again," Askerov said.
He said that if anything happened to him, the responsibility for this will be at Kemaleddin Heydarov .
Askerov denied the spokesman of the party New Azerbaijan Huseyn Pashayev that he was never a member of the party and showed a document proving that he was a member of promoters' conference of NAP, and his membership card . -06c -
