Aslan Ismayilov is forbidden to be a lawyer
The Bar Association of Azerbaijan adopted a decision today for an immediate cessation of advocacy of Aslan Ismailov and his exclusion from the legal profession. The Board adopted an appeal to the court for a decision.
The Board has also taken the decision to close the law office "Aslan Ismailov and partners," Turan was told by a prominent lawyer himself. "These decisions were made on the basis of the complaint of Sabail District Judge, Elnur Hasanov.
On February 10 I complained to the Ministry of Justice against this judge, and two days later he complained of me to the Bar. His complaint was considered, but mine –was not," said Aslan Ismailov.
As for the , the judge accused the lawyer Ismailov, that he came to his office, and insulted him. However, the lawyer has denied such an incident.
Ismailov sad that today's decision of the Board was ordered.
"They do not realize what they are doing. Attempts to shut me up will give nothing, I'm not going to be silent," said Ismailov, adding that such a request could only come from the presidential administration, from Ramiz Mehdiyev.
Aslan Ismailov is one of the most famous lawyers of the country, which led a number of processes on corruption, abuse of property rights, etc.-03B-

Armenia is not against the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group, but does not consider it appropriate to discuss this issue now. On August 30, at approximately 22:55, the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant in Metsamor was disconnected from the country's power grid, as reported by the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure. The shutdown was caused by a lightning strike, which triggered the plant's safety systems to switch the station to a safe shutdown mode.
