Assembly of World Azerbaijanis to meet in Moscow
Baku / 19.01.18 / Turan: The Board of the Assembly of Azerbaijanis of the World (AAW) and its representative office will hold a meeting in Moscow on March 24. The meeting will be held with a view to strengthening the activities of the Assembly, preparing the Program of Activities and the Regulations of the missions operating in various parts of the world, strengthening ties with international organizations, AAM reported.
AAW planned to hold also a meeting with representatives of the Russian government, Russian media, political parties operating in Russia, Azerbaijani organizations. Initial agreements on this have already been reached. In addition, the meeting participants will celebrate Novruz holiday in Moscow, the press service of the AAW. -0-

According to a report by Turan correspondent, the discussions took place behind closed doors and lasted for over an hour. No statements were made to the press following the meeting. Furthermore, conference security prevented journalists from asking questions to the meeting participants.
