The chairman of the agency Samir Nuriyev said that in 2017 began the construction of apartment buildings. The first project of social housing consists of 1,843 apartments in the Yasamal housing complex. The first houses will be commissioned in 2019.
On the basis of 3 investment contests for housing construction, 18 million manat of private investments were attracted. Nuriyev also said that the reception of applications for receiving "Preferential housing" began, and a total of 7,500 applications were submitted.
