Private investments attracted in the construction of social housing
Baku/19.01.18/Turan: In 2017 for the construction of Yasamal residential complex intended for low-income strata of the population, 18 million manats were attracted, was stated on 19 January 19 at a meeting of the State Agency for Housing. The chairman of the agency Samir Nuriyev said that in 2017 began the construction of apartment buildings. The first project of social housing consists of 1,843 apartments in the Yasamal housing complex. The first houses will be commissioned in 2019.
On the basis of 3 investment contests for housing construction, 18 million manat of private investments were attracted. Nuriyev also said that the reception of applications for receiving "Preferential housing" began, and a total of 7,500 applications were submitted. In 2017, the construction of the Hovsan housing complex was also launched, the ministry said. -05D-

Last night, three earthquakes occurred along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border with magnitudes of 4.8, 3.0, and 3.8, according to the Republican Center for Seismological Service of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
