At the trial in the case of Mammad Ibrahim is revealed the falsification of criminal case

Trial  in the case of Mammad Ibrahim , a member of the PPFA  Board  continued today in the Narimanov District  Court . According to lawyer Yalcin Imanov, at  the trial the documents were  studied, including a response to the court on the request for the application of the defense.

At the  previous trial  the court granted the application for registration request books from the 18 department of Narimanov District Police Office. Head confirms that the victim  of the complaint Oruj Veliyev was received on 5 October, and not on 1 October, as claimed the investigation.

Further investigation claimed that the on October 3 was  appointed a forensic examination, and on October 5, on the basis of expert opinion, Ibrahim’s  charge was changed from Article 221.1 to  more serious Article - 221.2.2. Thus, the lawyer said,  falsification of the criminal case is evident.

The judge Turgay Huseynov announced the completion of the trial and scheduled the next hearing for March 14.

* M. Ibrahim was arrested on September 30 last year on charges of disorderly conduct (221.1) (Complaint was  filed by  Mikyail Guliyev, a former member of the PFPA). Subsequently, the Article was reclassified to a heavier charge  under the Article  221.2.2, on which Ibrahim is facing up to 5 years in prison.-05B04 / 06-
