CEC canceled election results in four precincts of the 30th Surakhani district
Baku / 19.02.20 / Turan: The Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan at today's meeting canceled the results of voting in a number of polling stations of the 30th Surakhani district in the February 9 parliamentary elections.
As a member of the CEC Ilham Mammadov said, videos of fraud in a number of areas were confirmed.
“The investigation revealed that violations of the law took place in polling stations number:
12, 14, 16 and 18. Therefore, the results in these areas were declared invalid,” he said.
According to preliminary data in this district, the winner is the deputy of the previous convocations Sevinj Fatalieva. However, canceling the results only in four districts does not affect the general situation and cannot be the reason for canceling the results throughout the district.
Today, the CEC decided to send complaints for fraud in the 38th Nizami Second Electoral District (the city of Ganja) for verification.
